Got Questions?

We’ve got answers! Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.

No. Bulldog Rewards is free. There’s no membership fee, no subscription and no minimum.

Your number plate is your loyalty card. Our smart LPR technology recognises it automatically.

Each registration plate is tracked separately, so each car builds its own tier. Wash both regularly and both benefit.

Every wash confirmation on WhatsApp tells you your current tier and how many washes until the next one.

Your tier is based on the last 90 days, so it’ll ease back down over time. We’ll send you a reminder seven days before it changes, so you can keep your price with one more wash.

We use it to send your wash confirmations and tier updates on WhatsApp, and that’s what you’re consenting to when you tick the box at the till. You can opt out at any time. See our privacy notice for the full detail.
