7. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Customers must:

  • Remove loose items

  • Ensure vehicles are roadworthy

Bulldog Carwash shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Loose trims or accessories

  • Aftermarket modifications

  • Damage resulting from mechanical failure

Any damage claims must be reported immediately before leaving the premises.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Personal injury unless caused by gross negligence
